Thank you for being part of our athletics program! We are committed to helping our members achieve their goals, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy:


1. Contract Duration: Membership is based on a three-month contract. This allows us to effectively assess the progress and results of our athletes.
2. Cancellation Notice: Should you need to cancel your membership for any reason, please provide at least three weeks’ notice prior to the end of your contract period. This will help us manage our schedules and support other athletes.
3. Emergency Cancellations: If you must cancel your membership due to an emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We value your situation and will do our best to accommodate your needs and cancel your membership manually.
5. No Immediate Cancellations: Informing us of your intent to cancel does not automatically terminate your contract. You must follow the appropriate cancellation process outlined above.

Refund policy

Refund Policy: Please note that we do not issue refunds for memberships unless a mistake has been made on our part.
