Athletes will work through:

- Speed & Movement Mechanics

This isn’t just a workout.
Athletes will receive instruction from The Mecca performance staff, basketball skill coaches, special guest speakers, and collegiate/pro athletes, giving them the opportunity to learn from people who understand what it takes to develop and compete at a high level.
SPECIAL GUESTS + BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENT
Throughout the clinic, athletes will participate in basketball-specific skill and position work while hearing from special guest coaches and athletes about development, preparation, training, and what it takes to become a better basketball player.
